Krydos Posted August 4, 2018 Posted August 4, 2018 Johnny, the server that you picked, is currently enduring a ddos attack. This means that your site can load slowly or not load at all. The best solution is to move to Ricky or Tommy which aren't affected by the attack.
HelioHost Posted August 15, 2018 Author Posted August 15, 2018 Dear Support, The website is still not opening...... Please move my account to Tommy withthe same user name. I would really appreciate your cooperation. Krydos Posted August 15, 2018 Posted August 15, 2018 As it says in our news posts https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/33812-johnny-maintenance/ https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/33842-2018-08-07/ https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/33871-johnny-backups/ we have archived all of the accounts on Johnny to do extended maintenance. If you're a donor you can have an admin move your account to another server for you. If you wish to move for free you can download your backup, create a new account on Ricky or Tommy, and then restore your backup. Let us know if you need help with anything.
HelioHost Posted September 30, 2018 Author Posted September 30, 2018 Dear Support, Kindly un-archive the account by user name: sds and registered email id swreqsts@gmail.com Hoping for your cooperation and a reply from your side. qsgt Posted September 30, 2018 Posted September 30, 2018 Hi, Your account can not be unarchived on Johnny at this time as the maintenance is still ongoing (please see https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/33812-johnny-maintenance/). If you wish to have your account unarchived onto a different server (either Ricky or Tommy) then an admin can do this for you if you make a donation by following the instructions located here: https://www.heliohost.org/donate/. If you reply with your transaction ID and the server that you would like to be moved to then an administrator will move and unarchive your account. If you do not wish to donate then you can download your content and restore your account manually after you have created another account. For more information on this please see this topic: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/33871-johnny-backups/ Let us know if you need any more information.
HelioHost Posted December 9, 2018 Author Posted December 9, 2018 Dear Support, Kindly restore my account i.e. with user name SDS. Hoping for a reply from your side. Krydos Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...
Krydos Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 2 hours.
HelioHost Posted December 9, 2018 Author Posted December 9, 2018 I tried logging in but the server was under attack and emailed many times... Kindly restore the account. Hoping for your cooperation. wolstech Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 That account is active, however the domain is still queued and can take a few hours to start working completely. You should be able to sign in now (assuming Johnny isn't down from load again). If you can't sign in, please reset your password: https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/resetpass?start=1 In addition, please be aware that Johnny is not designed for users who need uptime or speed (you won't get much of either on Johnny, as you're experiencing), and as such is not suitable for hosting production websites. If you need your account to actually work when you want it to, you really need to move to another server (http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account).
HelioHost Posted December 9, 2018 Author Posted December 9, 2018 OK thanks again for your help and cooperation On 9 December 2018 9:47:55 AM Heliohost Support wrote: > That account is active, however the domain is still queued and can take a > few hours to start working completely. Krydos Posted December 10, 2018 Posted December 10, 2018 Your account is still on Johnny, and that server is very overcrowded. Since it is so overcrowded the load is very high, which means everything will load very slowly or timeout entirely. If you want a faster server with better uptime we recommend switching to Tommy or Ricky.
